Flying leaps are dangerous but shouldn't become illegal because they player that decides to leap controls his own actions. Horse collar tackles and helmet to helmet hits, the player being hit has no control over.
Do the rules need changing? Are flying leaps into the end zone any less dangerous than high tackles or horse collars? Anyone have some thoughts??
